Aleva Studios was created with a simple vision: to build a space where movement, strength, and community come together. Located in the heart of Burbank, our studio was founded out of a deep passion for Pilates and a belief that mindful movement has the power to transform both body and mind.

Our journey began with a love for fitness, wellness, and helping others feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies. Pilates quickly became more than just exercise. It became a way to create balance, improve physical health, and cultivate mental clarity. That philosophy is at the core of everything we do at Aleva.

At Aleva Studios, we believe Pilates should be challenging, energizing, and accessible to everyone. Our classes are designed to help clients build strength, improve flexibility, and develop better body awareness in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether someone is stepping onto a reformer for the first time or is already experienced, our goal is to create a space where every client feels empowered in their movement.

Community is a big part of what makes Aleva special. From the beginning, the studio was envisioned as more than just a place to work out, it’s a place where people can connect, support one another, and prioritize their well-being. Our team of instructors is passionate about guiding clients safely and effectively through each class while helping them reach their individual goals.

We’re proud to be part of the Burbank community and to welcome clients from nearby neighborhoods including Toluca Lake, Glendale, and Studio City. Every class at Aleva is an opportunity to move with intention, challenge yourself, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.
