1. Memberships and Class Packages

· All memberships and class packages activate upon purchase. Memberships expire 30 days after activation unless specified otherwise. Single class packages do not expire.

· Unlimited Memberships: Limited to one class per day.

· New Member Offers: Available once per client.

· Auto-Renewal: Monthly auto-renew memberships can be canceled anytime after the initial 3-month commitment. Notify us prior to your renewal date to cancel.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

· Cancellation Window: Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time via your online account or mobile app. Cancellations via phone or email are not accepted.

· Late Cancel:
 - Non-Unlimited Members: One class credit is deducted.
 - Unlimited Members: $15 fee applies.

· No-Show:
 - Non-Unlimited Members: One class credit is deducted, and a $15 fee applies.
 - Unlimited Members: $25 fee applies.

· Bank Fees: Aleva Studios is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees resulting from late fees.

3. Late Arrivals and Attendance

· First-Time Clients: Must arrive at least 10 minutes before class for orientation. Late arrivals will not be permitted and will be considered a no-show.

· Returning Clients: Arrivals more than 5 minutes after class start time will not be permitted and will be considered a no-show.

· Minimum Attendance: Clients must stay for at least 30 minutes of the class. Leaving earlier will be considered a no-show.

4. Waitlist Policy

· Automatic Enrollment: If a spot opens up more than 4 hours before class, you will be automatically added and notified via email.

· Manual Enrollment: If a spot opens within 4 hours of class, you must manually add yourself.

· Responsibility: It's your responsibility to manage your waitlist status to avoid late cancel or no-show penalties.

5. Studio Policies

· Grip Socks: Required for all classes. Available for purchase at the studio.

· Children: Not permitted in the studio unless participating in a class.

· Phones: Not allowed during class. Please step outside to take calls or send messages.

· Instructor Changes: Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. No credits will be offered for substitutions.

6. Payment and Refunds

· Prepayment: All classes must be prepaid.

· Accepted Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

· Refunds: All sales are final. Classes, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Account Management

· Multiple Accounts: Creating or using multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of services.

· Account Sharing: Sharing accounts, memberships, or class credits is not allowed.

8. Liability and Indemnification

· Assumption of Risk: By participating in classes, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree to hold Aleva Studios harmless for any injuries or damages.

· Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Aleva Studios, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these terms.

· Changes: Aleva Studios reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
